In the middle of the field in Nanbu Town, there stands a mysterious and solitary shrine called Kyaku Shrine. Local people refers to the shrine affectionately as "Broccoli Shrine" from its look and "Totoro's Forest" from the famous animation movie "My Neighbor Totoro".
When it snows, Kyaku Shrine looks even more mysterious and beautiful.
