Takao Ishimura is a round tour specialist with seasoned knowledge of history, geography, industry and economy of Mt. Daisen area including both Shimane and Tottori Prefecture.

- Vice President of International Ecotourism Conference 2013 in Tottori Executive Committee and President of NPO Daisen Kingdom in 2013
- From 1997, Takao Ishimura has engaged in promoting tourism of Mt. Daisen area as a coordinator with Tottori Prefecture and municipal governments.
- In 2005, he founded NPO Daisen Kingdom, and organized Beech Forest Walking Tour, Downhill Cycling Tour and other nature-oriented tours. He served a lecturer of Daisen Wonder Ecotour College.
