Mt. Mitoku Sanbutsuji Temple/Nageiredo Hall
Mt. Mitoku has been worshiped as a sacred place of mountain buddhism for over 1300 years. Sanbutsuji Temple's Nageiredo Hall is situated deep in the mountain. The hall is a magnificent piece of architecture built into the face of a cliff. To this day, no one knows how this hall was constructed in its current location.
