You will have about an hour and a half for hot spring spa.
*Please come back to Kaike Onsen Tourist Information Center by 17:50.
Most ryokan and hotels have hot spring spas inside the building. The use of hot spring only is welcome. The following is the recommendations.

OU Land is the closest to Kaike Onsen Information Center.

Put your shoes into the shoe locker. A 100yen coin is required to operate the locker, but the coin shall be returned when you take out your shoes. Don't forget to take out the key.
Buy a ticket at the ticket vending machine.
Admission fee: Adult 350yen
Ask staffs at the counter if you have any questions.
