Go to Cogstation
After you made a right at the crossing of Hokkaido, you will see a large hospital on your left. Keep straight for 600 meters, and you will see the sign of "観光センター"(Tourist Center).
Make a left towards "トライアスロン通り" (Triathlon Street) at the crossing.
Go straight for 400 meters.
