Let’s go to the sightseeing of Mizuki Shigeru Rood!
Mizuki Shigeru Road is on your left from the exit of Minato Sakai Exchange Center.
Mizuki Shigeru Road is a shopping street with 800-meter long, and over 100 bronze statues of Youkai line both sides of the road. You will also find many shops on the street.
The west end of the road is Sakaiminato Station and the east end is Mizuki Shigeru Museum.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk slowly from the west end to the east end.

Mizuki Shigeru Museum
The works of Sakaiminato-born Shigeru Mizuki, one of Japan's most prolific manga cartoonists, are on displayed here. The exhibit includes illustrations and figures of youkai characters, as well as Mr Mizuki's personal workspace.
