JR Yonago Station is situated next to Yonago Kitaro Airport. It takes approximately 5 min. from the airport to the station through the roofed side walk. JR Sakai Line stops at Yonago Airport Station.It takes approximately 15 min. to Sakaiminato Station, and approximately 30 min. to Yonago Station. There is no station staff at the station, but there is automatic ticket machine.

Make sure you get onto the correct train.
As you face the track, Sakaiminato is to your left (north-west), and the Sakaiminato bound train goes in that direction (see the red box on the picture).
It takes about 14 minutes to Sakaiminato.

Notice board at Yonagokuko Station explains as follows;
- Get on board from the rear door of the first car.
- Get off from the front door of the first car.
- Please note that when the train has two cars, the doors of the second car don't open.
